Appetizers

A wise mountaineer once said, “The journey to a great meal should start with a spark.” These starters? Consider them your spark. 

  • Tuscan Chicken Dip – A rich blend of roasted chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese in a creamy garlic sauce. Served with toasted pita crisps.  
  • Chicken Quesadilla — Grilled flour tortillas filled with seasoned chicken, melted cheese, onions, jalapeños, and green and red bell peppers. Served with sour cream and salsa.  
  • Fried Mushrooms – Hand breaded mushroom halves, deep fried to golden brown. Served with honey mustard and a tangy horseradish sauce for dipping.  
  • Jumbo Wings – Boneless or traditional wings tossed with your favorite wing sauce or dry rub. Served with ranch or bleu cheese dressing. Wing flavors include buffalo, chipotle honey BBQ, smoked chili lime, Nashville hot, and Cajun dry rub.  

Main Entrees  

Now we arrive at the summit — the entrées. The dishes that warm the soul, steady the hands, and make even the mountains nod in approval.

  • Chicken Parmesan – Breaded chicken breast fried golden brown and topped with creamy parmesan and our classic Italian sausage red sauce. Served over spaghettini.  
  • Meatloaf– Hearty portion of our home style meatloaf stacked and smothered with wild mushroom gravy, topped with Cajun fried onion straws. Served with white cheddar mashed potatoes and a choice of side.  
  • Smothered Steak Tips – Blackened USDA Angus choice tenderloin with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and peppers in a scratch made brown gravy. Served over mashed potatoes and topped with Cajun fried onion straws.  
  • Hawaiian Ribeye – A 14 oz. handcut richly marbled USDA Choice Ribeye marinated in soy sauce, pineapple, and ginger. Served with a choice of two sides.  
  • Spicy Shrimp Rice Bowl – Fried gulf shrimp tossed in a sweet and spicy Asian sauce, pineapple salsa, cucumbers, shredded carrots, green onions, cilantro, and toasted pita crisps on a bed of jasmine rice.
